Might you have a compact sedan in mind for your next daily driver? Well, if so, we here at Elgin Hyundai would be quick to point you in the direction of ours, the 2017 Hyundai Elantra.

Wondering what it is we like best about this fine four-door? Then, team up with Kelley Blue Book Managing Video Editor Micah Muzio in the clip below. His evaluation of the Elantra is as follows:

In the case of the SE and Limited trims, the Elantra receives a 2.0-liter four-cylinder engine as standard. Synced with a six-speed manual transmission, overall output for the base four-banger checks in at a healthy 147 horsepower and 132 pound-feet of torque. A six-speed automatic gearbox, meanwhile, is optional on the SE and standard on the Limited.

We'd note that fuel economy is also one of the entry-level engine's many strengths, as manual-equipped models are expected to return an impressive 29 mpg combined (26 city/36 highway).
