It seems that the hype train doesn't stop when it comes to Hyundai's new Genesis luxury nameplate. Launched in December, and backed up by the G90 shortly thereafter, it's clear that this branch is taking aim at some of the luxury segment's most prominent models. That became clearer than ever at this year's New York Auto Show.
To wit, the Genesis brand put out its first ever prototype in the form of the (get ready) Hybrid Sports Sedan New York Concept. A mouthful as that may be, it gives us the first prototypical look at the automaker's Athletic Elegance design language. That's about as accurate a description as they come--this is quite a striking car. Set to foretell the G70 (the Genesis brand's entry-level option), we're excited to see what it brings to the table.
