In this day and age, there are all sorts of obstacles that can impede your daily driving. This can range from a rolling trashcan on a windy day, to a wayward ninja woodchuck. The most nerve-racking of these, however, are usually encountered while backing out of your driveway, which is why the 2015 Hyundai Genesis employs a rear-sensing assistance system.
We gotta tell you, it's a pretty reliable system, too. So much so that Hyundai actually decided to test it using a stunt driver in a car with the windows covered going backwards between a set of 5,000 lb. swinging shipping containers. And yes, it really is insane as it sounds. Check it out in the video below.
Although we doubt you'll encounter steel pendulums of instant death on your daily driving throughout Elgin, IL, or the greater Chicago area, it never hurts to be driving a vehicle that has your back. And surprise, sports fans! Plenty of our new Hyundai models do just that! Drop on by to check em' out.
